If you have a loved one who is into health and wellbeing, have I got a great list of gift ideas for you! And, if you’re here on my blog, there’s a good chance you are a health and wellness lover so you could even share this with your loved ones for inspiration this Christmas.

Either way, this curated list of gift ideas are mostly a collection of products that I personally own and love –  and a couple that are on my list for Santa!

Supplement Organiser

It wasn’t that long ago that, if you wanted to organise your vitamins (or medication), your only options were plastic containers that were a little bulky and well…. A little ugly.

But supplements organisers have had a glow-up with a new Australian brand that has created chic, slimline, and entirely practical options for whatever you need.

I personally use the 14-day pill purse although for me it’s a weeks supply as I use the top row for my breakfast supplements, and the bottom row for the afternoon ones. I also have a mini one for weekends away!

They work for any kind of capsule, tablet or pilule and you can get larger ziplock bags for bulky items or, in my case, I use it for my magnesium powder. Use my code thatnaturopath15 for a 15% discount – enjoy!

Ear Seeds

The ancient practice of auriculotherapy (ear therapy) dates back thousands of years, has roots in acupuncture and reflexology, and is currently used in many rehabilitation centres and clinics around the world.

Traditionally used to assist with reducing anxiety and stress, manage pain, reduce cravings and help to bring the body into a state of homeostasis – ear seeds make this practice accessible to anyone.

Easy to apply at home, and can be worn for up to four days, I personally have the 24K gold set but there are sterling sliver and pearl options to suit you or your loved one.

Each kit comes with an easy-to-follow application guide to show you where to apply your seeds for various concerns; simply press on them gently to activate.

They’re chic and they boost your wellbeing – what’s not to love!?

Natural Fragrance

One Seed are an Australian brand offering beautiful natural perfume made with 100% pure botanical ingredients. They have fragrances to suit both men and women and not only are their aromatic formulations divine they also:

  • use all-natural ingredients with at least 80% organic content
  • they’re completely free from any harmful synthetic ingredients
  • the packaging is recyclable or reusable, and made with recycled or FSC-certified materials wherever possible

I was recently lucky enough to be given a preview of their latest fragrance Tides and it’s divine… my husband has claimed it already but I’ll be wearing it too!

Natural Skincare + Makeup

One of my favourite natural makeup and skincare brands, Inika, offers products that are 100% natural, effective and completely free of synthetics.

Not only are they the highest certified beauty brand worldwide they’re leading the way in sustainable beauty, being the first certified plastic neutral makeup brand globally. 90% of our packaging is made from sustainable and reusable materials

This gift box is technically an advent calendar but is the prettiest curation of 12 cult favourites, naturally luminous makeup, high performance skincare and so much more!

It includes four skincare products for the face, a hand cream, and half a dozen makeup products and a brush! A perfect way to sample some of their most popular products.

Contoured Sleep Mask

Giving the gift of a good night’s sleep is priceless because sleep is important for everything. A great sleep mask helps to block out ambient light (think street lights, electronics, the neighbours torchlight etc) and not only is it great for nighttime but it’s amazing for travel and day naps too!

This sleep mask is my GOAT because the strap is comfortable and adjustable, and the deeply contoured eye sockets mean the mask doesn’t touch my eyes, and I can open them with the mask on and not have it touch my eyelashes.

NB: I also love using it for yoga and meditation because it really helps bring the sense inward!

Also, if you use the code AMIE at the checkout you’ll get 15% off.

Herbal Tea

This one is for the ladies but the Inner Bloom Cycle Set is the perfect gift for your favourite woman; this range has 4 different blends to support each phase of the menstrual cycle, and they’re not only beautiful but also the most amazing quality (they smell and taste divine).

The large kit lasts 8 months but there is also an adorable mini set (under $50!) that is perfect to try them out for a whole lunar cycle.

Founded by a girl who knows the ups and downs of being a woman (and formulated in conjunction with a naturopath!) these are medicinal teas that bring a divine element into our monthly feminine  rituals.

A Water Filter Bottle

From eco-friendly kitchenware, slow fashion and natural body products this online store is a one-stop shop for lovely gifts but my top pick is this water bottle that has its own water filter. Although its capacity is only 600 ml its lightweight, compact and you can fill it up at any tap!

It filters the water into safe, great tasting, alkalised mineral water free from chlorine, fluoride (99%), heavy metals, chemicals and bacteria – and it ionises and re-mineralises the water with 60 bio organic trace minerals.

This means no need to buy bottled water when you’re out (or drinking from endocrine-disrupting plastic bottles) and each filter can replace up to 500 x 600ml single use bottles (filter refill packs of 3 are also available).

SleepPhones

I call these my ear pyjamas because I go to bed every night with these on and not only are they super comfortable they set me up for a restful night’s sleep.

I personally use these to listen to a meditation but you could play soft ambient music, binaural beats or white noise; they’re great to help you fall asleep faster, stay asleep better and wake up refreshed as they help reduce ambient noise, conversations, traffic sounds, and snoring!

The headband is super soft, hypoallergenic, machine washable fabric and – because the speakers are perfectly flat – they’re perfect if you’re a side sleeper like me. Make sure you get the classic (we don’t need wireless radiation to the head!) and, because they’re equipped with a 3.5mm plug you may need to get an adaptor for your phone.

Bush Flower Essences

Most people’s experience with flower essences is limited to Rescue Remedy (which we know and love) but there is an entire range of Australian Bush Flowers you might not know about – and my favourite way to recommend and share them is lovely gift packs that Alisha from Naughty Naturopath Mum has created.

The duo packs have a flower essence blend and a supporting mist that includes essential oils and there’s something for everyone; from tired Mum’s, stressed out students, or women who are doing too much… there are options sleep support, stress relief, getting your mojo back and so much more.

Tinted Lip Balm

I am a lip balm fiend and have the sweet violet and red dahlia on high rotation but Burt’s Bees overs a lovely, universally flattering range of six softly tinted balms that offer just a hint of colour and 8 hours of moisture

These formulations nourish with shea butter and botanical waxes, and are a lovely stocking stuffer for anyone!

Meditation Book

Heavily Meditated® is your down-to-earth guide to trying meditation, turning it into a habit that sticks, and reaping all of its benefits for a happier, calmer, and more intentional life.

Filled with exercises, worksheets, cheatsheets and other practical tools, as well as relatable personal stories to light your way, Heavily Meditated is your complete toolkit to learning meditation and getting high on life.

Not only is this book pretty and oh-so-practical – it also pairs well with the Heavily Meditated App; the free version is amazing, and the paid version (which you could gift also) offers the ability to download mediations for offline listening and there’s a habit tracker to help you ‘get sit done’ daily!

There you have it, a collection of fantastic gifts for the health conscious – whether that’s you or a loved one. I’d love to know, which are your favourites (and what are you getting for yourself!?).
