Given the sizeable amount of education I’ve invested in over the years, I like to think I have a thing or two to share with you across the holistic wellness space – and absolutely LOVE doing so.

Better Breakfasts – Recipe Collection
This recipe collection offers 45 breakfast recipes – a mix of sweet and savoury – that deliver 30 grams of protein (or more) per serve.
I created this collection for my clients because although consuming a high-protein breakfast can help to reduce cravings, increase feelings of fullness, help to reduce body weight, decrease body fat mass, improve blood sugar control, and improve overall diet quality – I noticed almost all of my clients were struggling to get even half this amount!
All recipes are wheat-free (some of them use oats but many of them are entirely gluten-free), and there are plenty of dairy-free options too. All recipes are made using wholefoods, occasionally natural sweeteners, and some are meal-prep friendly meaning you can make multiple serves ahead of time.
